Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.


In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, HEALgoods will accept returns of unused and unworn products providing that they are in their original packaging. Please note if the product has been used, box open, or hangtags & tickets removed, the return will be disqualified and the customer will be responsible for all further shipping and product charges. Clearance items are considered final sale and may not be returned.

Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a HEALgoods error involved such as a defective product or wrong item received. In these situations, you should contact us at prior to returning your items (please have your order number available).

Items returned for a refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. Refund times will depend on your credit card company’s policies.

HEALgoods products that are sold through independent brick and mortar stores cannot be returned to our website.

Please note: All underwear is Final Sale and cannot be returned. All items shipped internationally are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.


Items returned for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s) requested. Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. HEALgoods will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to task.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately, but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
