how can I CHANGE my order?


We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not been shipped.

what CREDIT CARDS do you accept?

Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

how do you calculate SALES TAX for web orders?

Sales tax will be calculated on all packages shipped within New Jersey. Sales tax will not be collected on out-of-state packages.

what if the item I want is SOLD OUT?

If the item you want is sold out, please let us know at info@HEALgoods.com. There’s a chance we may be getting the item you want back in stock, and if not, we may be able to suggest a similar color or style that might please you. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

where do you SHIP FROM?

All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Princeton, NJ.

what’s the best way to CARE for my HEALgoods?

Most of a garment’s impact on the environment comes from washing it. So for the sake of your socks and the earth, please DO NOT bleach. Do wash on cold; dry on gentle or better yet, air dry on a clean, flat surface.
